At ALCER Castalia we manage the transportation of people on hemodialysis from their homes to the treatment centers and vice versa, since 2018.
To do this, we prepare all the necessary documentation, which the Conselleria de Sanitat requires and supervises us, from the moment the person begins their treatment in a concerted center and for the duration.
Our team, made up of 4 people with extensive experience in administration, patient care and document processing, has direct contact with the dialysis centers in which we manage transportation, as well as with the people attached to the service and their relatives and with the ambulance and taxi companies that we subcontract to carry out said service. We are also in charge of preparing and presenting all the documentation for people who voluntarily come to treatment with their vehicle and require this management from us.
Our goal is user satisfaction and quality of life, responding to their requests and proposals and devising improvement strategies together with all parties involved. Each transfer is adapted to the needs of the kidney patient, seeing what type of transportation is the most convenient and adjusting the routes to reduce travel and waiting time.
We currently manage the hemodialysis transport service in all the subsidized centers in the province of Castellón and Valencia, which are the following:

Where are we?
ALCER Castalia has its headquarters in a central office building, on Enmedio Street, 22 in the city of Castelló de la Plana.
Due to the expansion of services, we are distributed in three offices, from where, in addition to management and coordination, we carry out part of the care, as well as various activities.
Currently, the distribution of the three offices is as follows:
- ALCER 4A Offices - A main office, where management and administration, social care, nutritional care and coordination of activities are located.
- Offices Transport: 4F - An office with two offices: transportation management and psychological care.
- Room multifunctional 2nd E - An office with a large room for holding meetings and activities (workshops, talks...), a warehouse and an office for service.
